為了保證操作者和機床的安全，只有在NC處于手動模式且按下“主軸暫?！辨I時才能激 活多功能面板。如再所選得裝置上進行手動操作，則帶燈
的按鈕閃爍。只有當按下按鈕（M）才能進行操作。
此面板用于手動檢查下列裝置：
-Tool change group, Selector G in position A
刀 具交換，G選擇器處于A位置
-Movement of PickUp, Selector G in position B
移動附件架，G選擇器處于B位置

自動換刀開始時，需進行一系列關于幾個部位的位置和狀態(tài)的檢查（都必 須存在以允許自動換刀）：

?Pliers rotated CW or CCW.CW或CCW刀鉗旋轉。
?Pliers saddle in vertcal position. 刀鉗滑座垂直方向。
?Plier on spindle side cla mped (if aut o m atic ca mping/uncla mping is present).
主軸邊上刀鉗夾緊（如果自動夾緊/松開存在）。
?Plier on chain side cla mped (if aut o m atic ca mping/uncla mping is present).
刀鏈邊上刀鉗夾緊（如果自動夾緊/松開存在）。
?Tool cla mped in the chain.
刀鏈中刀 具夾緊。
All these conditions can be verified checking the status of the following LEDs (must be flashing) holding pressed the (M) pushbuttons and
without selecting any action:
